  1. Retrain my brain to recognize the harmful effects of ultra-processed foods and begin planning healthier meals into my everyday diet.
  2. Cook and eat organic foods instead of ultra-processed foods to better my diet and help bring down the use of pesticides and harmful Genetically Modified Foods.
  3. Thrift and donate old clothes instead of throwing them away. When buying clothes make sure to get items that are fashionable for an extended period of time.
  4. Learn more about "slow clothing" and advocate for more thrifting and donating.
  5. Donate to farms who focus on raising animals that can produce regenerative fibers for clothing or grow plants like cotton and flax without the use of GMOs and chemical pesticides.
  6. Cultivate compassion into my daily life. This includes being mindful of the people around me, caring for my community, and even being compassionate towards myself.
  7. Raise awareness towards compassion projects. Get involved in my community.
  8. Support campaigns that focus on helping those who cannot help themselves. Volunteer when opportunities come up.
  9. Learn more about my carbon footprint and the effect it can have on the environment. Try my best to reduce my carbon footprint as much as possible.
  10. Donate towards campaigns and organizations focused on preserving protected lands and habitats. Spend more time outdoors and get connected with local zoos and parks.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
