- Spend at least three hours a week in local green spaces.

- Reduce our family’s red meat consumption by 50% and ensure any red meat we eat is grass fed /regenerative to the extent possible.

- keep also doing all the little things, like always carrying with me my knife, fork and coffee cup: every little thing counts, especially to raise awareness in other people!
- Keep being thoughtful about my transport choices , routes, staking and multi-purposing my kilometers.
- Minimize electricity consumption in my home by using windows and shades for natural ventilation and cooling. Turn off large power consumers like TVs, monitors, and appliances when not in use.
- Short, cold showers, and only if I need it (not everyday).
