  1. Work for a company committed to reducing its carbon footprint through technological innovation, carbon-neutral logistics, and sustainable sourcing.
  2. Boycott products from companies that don't make commitments to sustainability such as those in (1).
  3. Walk or ride a bike to my destination whenever feasible.
  4. Advocate for gas taxes and car-free cities.
  5. Eat more plants, and less meat, especially steak and pork.
  6. Buy clothes from sustainable suppliers and/or thrift to give old clothes extra life.
  7. Learn about what's recyclable and compostable in my community and make sure that I'm recycling properly.
  8. Use reusable items rather than one-time-use items like plastic bags and water bottles.
  9. Focus on eating locally grown and organic foods to reduce transport emissions.
  10. Avoid shopping online and from sites like Temu, Amazon, and Shein.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
