  1. Reduce meat consumption : don’t buy any more meat and reduce consumption of meat when eating outside
  2. Reduce clothing consumption : only buy second hand clothes or items from sustainable brands
  3. Reduce personal plastic consumption : avoid buying single use products and invest in reusable makeup removing pads and reusable Q-tips + switch from bottled shampoo, conditioner and body wash to solid soap bars
  4. Join a club focused on sustainability
  5. Reduce the overall apartment waste : minimize food and plastic waste + make sure everything gets recycled properly
  6. Avoid buying plastic packaged drinks : always have my water bottle and avoid to-go plastic coffee cups

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
