Jonathan was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and is the youngest of 6 children. He attended Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA), The Pacific School of Massage and the Healing Arts (Gualala, CA), and Tante Marie’s Culinary School (San Francisco, CA). After working for Apple as a technician, he’s been doing IT consulting on and off for 20 years. His experience in the food industry has led to a deep curiosity in human health, diet, biochemistry, anthropology, chronic metabolic diseases, complex systems, agriculture, and food systems. Though his experience has been widely varied, what has always persisted is his passion for people, animals, and the planet we share, ultimately resulting in working for Project Regeneration. He manages and edits website content, systems administration, general inquiries and requests, The Waggle newsletter, copy editing, and various other tasks.
