Punch List

  1. Be more proactive about recycling my waste. Collect recycling (cardboard, reusable plastic, paper) often, rethink if something needs to be trashed or can be sent elsewhere. Utilise building recycling bins. Landfill pileup reduces and improves a circular economy
  2. Reduce phantom load by unplugging appliances when done using them; reduces carbon footprint by using less energy which comes from fossil fuels.
  3. Buy local groceries from farms like Sola Gratia and others nearby at farmers markets to reduce farm-to-table footprint. Buying fresh vegetables and fruits has health benefits too so beneficial in the long run.
  4. No car already, only use public transport. Getting a bicycle this summer to be more active as well as reduce my personal emissions.
  5. Buying less things overall. Need to sit down, sort my stuff, donate, reuse, sell, give away to reduce my personal load as well as give things a new life with those who can use them.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
