Punch List

  1. We need to build greener cities. Establish community or personal gardens. Look at Singapore for a great example of a green city.
  2. We need to use less plastic. We can reduce our pollution by up to 80% by using paper, aluminum, and glass alternatives and boycotting products that heavily rely on plastic.
  3. We need to preserve our water Harsh penalties for those that pollute our fresh water, while at the same time focusing on developing technology to efficiently turn ocean water into potable water.
  4. We need to use less fossil fuels and move towards renewables. Fund solar, wind, and hydro projects. Support nuclear. Reduce your own usage whenever you can. Be mindful of usage in your house, take public transport, put solar panels on your house if you can.
  5. We need to produce less trash. Buy smart and buy things that will last. By useful stuff and avoid items that just exist to clutter. Get rid of predatory practices like planned obsolescence.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
