  1. Phase out single-use plastics by using reusable produce bags and shopping bags.
  2. Continue to eat a plant-based diet and track my food choices on a monthly calendar.
  3. Exercise and explore other ways to reduce personal burnout.
  4. Buy organic.
  5. Spend at least three hours a week in local green spaces.
  6. Continue composting any food waste and purchase items which minimize or eliminate packaging.
  7. Opt out of receiving flyers, switch to e-statements, and call to opt out of junk mail.
  8. Purchase 100% recycled paper products.
  9. Explore and learn how I can take additional steps to become even more environmentally responsible.
  10. Continue to minimize the number of garments I purchase annually.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
