  1. Go complete plastic free - this includes using reusable food storage bags at the supermarket and avoid buying drinks in plastic bottles.
  2. Become more conscious and thoughtful when shopping for food, look for animal-based products and reduce consumption of meat.
  3. Clean out closet at least twice a year to donate clothing/shoes to those in need.
  4. Actively volunteer in at least one community organization locally to help those in need - local homeless shelter, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, etc.
  5. Become more involved in groups that help support the causes I am passionate about and talk to other allies.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
