- Read about climate issues including problems and solutions once a week
- Thank activists and companies who are doing climate actions
- Educate others about climate change and solutions they can do
- Practice yoga, other exercise, and meditation daily and explore other ways to reduce personal burnout
- Clean any trash up off the ground that I see and dispose of it in the correct way

You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
