  1. Eat 3 meals in a day🍽 Think about the process & appriciate food and life💗
  2. Take me-time in the morning to get ready for the day😌 Sunny day> take a walk 🌿 Rainy day> do meditation🧘🏻‍♀️
  3. Talk with at least 5 people in a day🗣 If possible, jot down what I talked about with them✏️
  4. Keep a 'One-word Notebook' to check out and review the day📓
  5. Every day, LOVE what I do, DO what I love!!!

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
