  1. Reduce the number of garments I buy this year to 10 and stop buying clothes from fast fashion brands that won't be able to wear for a long time. Instead, learn more and choose brands that use recycled and sustainable material.
  2. Donate my family's redundant clothes, books, toys to the local charity so that they can serve more people and keep their values, instead of accumulating at the corner of the home and becoming waste.
  3. Shift my meal focus into plant-based and reduced meat consumption and educate and encourage my family to change their eating preferences.
  4. Carry my water bottle and stainless steel straws with me every time I go out to eat to avoid using disposable plastic cups or straws.
  5. Buy food, fruits, and vegetables from the local farmer market instead of grocery stores every Saturday morning when they open.
  6. Take public transport like buses and subways instead of taxis or Uber every day.
  7. Subscribe to a newsletter posting environmental-related issues and development to gain more insights into today's environmental crisis and actions.
  8. Remind my roommate to turn off her study lamps every day to make her form a habit to save energy.
  9. Read at least 3 books this year on the environment, sustainability, and social issues such as wealth inequity, gender inequity, women's education.
  10. Donate a third of earnings from my startup to local charity when my startup starts selling products.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
