  1. Do cardio regularly (2-4x a week)
  2. Read at least 3 philosophy books a year.
  3. Raise my gpa
  4. Change bad habits into better alternatives
  5. Prioritize sleep (aim for 8 hours a night)
  6. Be more active during the day, rather than at night
  7. Put all technology away at least an hour before going to bed
  8. Find more people that love to do the things that I am passionate about
  9. Explore the city more (alone or with others)
  10. Be more efficient with my allotted time
  11. Imagine every moment as my last (be present/in the moment)
  12. Cherish those who are close to me and those who have value in my life
  13. Talk to my family more often

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
