- My family and I tend to buy more more fresh fruits and vegetables than we end up eating, resulting in a good portion of our produce going bad before we eat it. I will propose to my family that we either buy less produce or focus more heavily on eating the produce we buy.
- I acknowledge that I tend to take excessively long showers (often close to 20-25 minutes), so I will strive to be more efficient in the shower and cut my showers down by at least 5-10 minutes.
- When the A/C or heating is on in my home, my family will have a schedule set to adjust the temperature at night and while the house is empty to reduce energy use.
- A future goal is to primarily buy organic and sustainably grown produce with a larger focus on locally grown foods. In general, I would like to know more about the foods I put into my body, for my health and the health of the planet.
- I will donate clothing items that I no longer wear, and if I replace those clothing items, it will be primarily through second-hand thrifting rather than shopping for new fast fashion items.
A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city. It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
