  1. Severely limit and phase out my consumption of ultra processed foods.
  2. Have my next car purchase be an electrical vehicle.
  3. Try to buy more local produce whenever I can.
  4. Moderate my water usage to limit waste in the desert.
  5. Stop purchasing items that require shipping especially international shipping.
  6. Start buying more items from secondhand stores, and give more to secondhand as well.
  7. Opt to use more public transportation when I can, especially when travelling.
  8. Educate myself on more region specific building practices that produce less emissions.
  9. Execute my work with more awareness toward climate change.
  10. Educate others in my field about how we can help with the fight.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
