  1. Choose sustainable clothing brands and reduce fast fashion purchases.
  2. Reduce consumption of meat and dairy products.
  3. Drive less and walk, bike, or take public transportation more often.
  4. Wash clothes in cold water and hang them to dry.
  5. Eat less processed food and buy local, seasonal produce.
  6. Support businesses that are committed to sustainability.
  7. Make your home more energy-efficient.
  8. Prioritize reducing consumption, reusing items whenever possible, and recycling properly.
  9. Reduce digital carbon footprint by limiting streaming, optimizing devices, and deleting unused accounts.
  10. Replace traditional bulbs with energy-efficient LEDs

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
