Punch List
Created 28 Aug 2024
  1. Donate unneeded items to a donation center, such as the Salvation Army, to give other people more opportunities to purchase goods.
  2. Write a letter to my representative, urging for more climate advocacy in his or her's area of representation.
  3. Partner with the Kankakee County Health Department and help make Kankakee and its surrounding areas a better, more suitable place.
  4. Put out flyers about the dangers of global warming in my community, making sure I gain the community's attention.
  5. Limit the amount of times I go out via my vehicle, ensuring I save gas and limit air pollution.
  6. Give presentations to the students at my high school, having them learn of the dangers of what they may be doing to the climate and how they can fix themselves.
  7. Lower the amount it takes for me to shower, lowing the amount of water I use per shower and saving water in general.
  8. Use natural ways to do outdoor work, including using an axe to cut wood rather than a gas powered chainsaw, to limit the air pollution in the air.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
