  1. Reduce fish/seafood consumption by 50%.
  2. Buy 75% of produce from local farms.
  3. Install low-flow showerheads.
  4. Reduce air travel by 25% from pre-pandemic levels and buy carbon offset when traveling.
  5. Always bring my own coffee or water cup/container.
  6. Reduce take-out consumption by 50%. Always choose most sustainable packaging or skip it if possible.
  7. Turn off 100% of computers and monitors after hours and weekends.
  8. Substitute 50% of single-use items in our kitchen with reusable. Long term goal: 100%
  9. Reduce new clothing consumption by 50%. Fix/modify items to keep using and only replace items that are no longer usable with new long-term pieces.
  10. Decrease thermostat temperature in the winter. Increase in the summer. By 2 degrees.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
