  1. Reducing my meat consumption to not only better my health but also to promote regenerative and resilient food systems.
  2. Stop using overly manufactured plastic products and instead use a re-useable environmentally-friendly product like a Hydroflask for water and cotton bags for groceries.
  3. Support my local farmers market and small businesses in my area.
  4. Learn to repair, mend, and alter secondhand clothing to completely cut myself off from fast fashion.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
