  1. Re evaluate existing grounds maintenance plans
  2. Establish 3 key areas in need of improved efficiency
  3. Solidify team of staff, faculty, union members and students
  4. Designate areas according to interest and expertise
  5. Begin Brainstorming methods to decrease maintenance long term with an emphasis on resolution surrounding regenerative practices
  6. Create proposal based on appropriate methods of reduction (ie. solar field placement, native plantings etc.
  7. Incorporation of external stakeholders for review
  8. Revision of proposal with a 3 month timeline (rinse repeat with 50% less turnaround time every cycle)
  9. Presentation to appropriate funding source (Grow team)
  10. With proper funding available and the review process complete forward to administration for 3 month review, when returned, reduce revision time by 10%

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
