  1. Decentralize consumption of any kind - whether that is buying upcycled clothing from a local business or produce from a farmers market. Focus on localization.
  2. Use water purposefully and consciously - take less than 10 minute showers and drink 90 ounces of water a day
  3. Consistent with turning off heater when leaving room - conserve energy despite winter chill
  4. Consume product substitutes that have a lower water intake (ex. Alternative milk, alternative clothing material)
  5. Subscribe to social justice campaigns, articles, and foundations and stay educated on involvement (ex. NAACP, Color of Change)
  6. Purchase food products from regenerative companies such as Too Good Too Go, to join the movement against food waste
  7. Research big brand, profit maximizing companies that are harmful to the environment and eliminate any and all investment, participation and consumption
  8. Exclusively purchase hair/skin/beauty products free of animal cruelty and harmful chemicals that pollute the oceans
  9. Become involved in city regeneration (The Canopy Project, Future Forest NYC)
  10. Continue to be educated and engaged in social, economic, political, and environmental issues.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
