  1. Learn more about solar panels and the benefits they have, work towards installing some when I have my own home.
  2. Continue to use reusable water bottles while also focusing on using less plastic and finding more alternatives for disposable items.
  3. Take shorter showers, use less water in general if possible.
  4. Do not waste food, if something is left uneaten, compost it.
  5. If it is possible to walk somewhere rather than drive, then I'll walk or ride a bike.
  6. Attempt to switch to LED light bulbs within the household.
  7. In the future, look into an electric vehicle if that is something I can afford.
  8. Write to local and non-local politicians to push them to do something about climate change.
  9. If possible, find a group that plants trees and other plants, take part in a few events where planting new trees takes place.
  10. Keep speaking about climate change and global warming so people feel pressured to do something about it.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
