  1. Cut down on over-processed food and have more meals from raw ingredients.
  2. Use more multiple use towels instead of using paper towels in bulk.
  3. Buying more clothes from thrift stores rather than buying fast fashion.
  4. Use reusable grocery bags.
  5. Meal prep for the week to avoid large amounts of food waste.
  6. Create lists of my personal wants vs needs.
  7. Find carbon footprint for everything I use.
  8. Unplug all my chargers and turn off my devices instead of leaving them in rest mode.
  9. Buy glass containers rather than plastics.
  10. Start advocating for sustainable ideas to my friends and family.

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
