- reduce tap water consumption by using a small container for washing dishes after the meals at home
- Walk 45-60 minutes a day to go around for shopping, leisure etc. instead of using the car or public buses
- For long travels, take the train instead of flights as far as possible
- Use the stairs instead of the lift whenever possible
- Reduce the quantity of meat in the diet

You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
