  1. Energy Use. We need to keep energy use down so we do not overuse power plants, we need more solar. A way that I am using less energy is by making sure to turn off lights around the house when they are not in use, or I am not home. I don't even keep an outside porch light on when I leave at night. I also open my windows as much as I can (These will be one of my examples I prove)
  2. Water Use. Only 1% of the water on earth is "clean water." It takes energy use to make clean water and we need to favor this luxury. It can be tricky to not use a lot of water sometimes. Ways I try not to use water is by taking short showers, my mom never let me and my sister take long showers due to it raising the bill. This has grown into me taking fast showers but for the reason of the environment instead of my bill. Also washing dishes with a plug in the sink VS running water the entire time is good.
  3. Automobile Travel. Cars are one of the main pollutants we have, most people don't realize they could be doing more so we need to take action. Luckily we are on our way to electric and hopefully water powered cars soon. Ways I keep my travel down is by carpooling with friends and family places I go. I also have ECO mode on my car with I use 24/7 VS using "Sport Mode."
  4. Comsumer Waste (Food) Landfills are filling up fast, like on our fieldtrips, the people said we wouldn't want these things in our back yard so we need to recycle more and not buy as much because that will make waste go down. Ways I keep my food waste down is only buying what I need in the moment. A lot of people will buy in bulk or could just be lazy so they buy more "just in case." Being a broke college student helps with not over buying as well. I also Recycle (this will be one of my examples)
  5. Consumer Waste (Things) Most people that have a lot of money will just continue to buy things. It feels good when you can and rarely think about the environment when we do. Similar to food waste, a lot of people buy things they do not need. Especially clothes! I learned a lot from the one movie we watched in class. Luckily I don't over buy when it comes to clothes and most things. I only buy a couple pairs of pants every few years and rarely buy new items unless it absolutely necessary. One example of me "reusing" is that my pockets ripped and everything would fall through them. I sewed my pockets back shut so I did not have to buy new shorts (This will be one of my photo examples I prove)

A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city.  It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
