- improve mental health by getting rid of social media in modern society today.
- promote not having a ton of screen time, more emphasis on face to face interaction, and being truthful but kind to one another. This includes voicing your opinion respectfully. Online people tend to say things they would not normally in real life.
- Ban social media cites. It sounds harsh but they are detrimental to the well-being of young kids, adults, and families. Societal standards are too high and promote an unhealthy mindset. We need to reprogram the minds of those using these social media sites. If we do not, the effects will be long lasting, and not good whatsoever.
- Promote spending time in nature and physical exercise. Not only does it create endorphins, it improves your health and well-being as a whole.
- De-stigmatize mental health. Make it as "normal" as physical health problems, and do not be so quick to judge others for things you do not understand. You need good mental and physical health to function properly, not one or the other and it is time for society to have that ingrained into their minds.
- My goal is to improve mental health all around, and better social skills that allow people to communicate with others respectfully.
- We can do this. Like Re-Generation it will not be easy, but it will benefit us immensely in the end.
A punch list can be for an individual, family, community, company, or city. It is the list of the actions you or a group will undertake and accomplish over a predetermined span of time—one month, one year, five years, or more. You can make different lists for different time periods—this week and this year for example.
